Employment contracts, employer references and documents for a work permit.

Language pairs
An Indian document may be in Hindi, in English or in both at once. From a photo, we will tell you which language to translate from.
This is because Hindi is the official language of India’s central government, but English is used alongside it in documents. Individual states add their own languages too.
We translate into Russian or Belarusian. Belarusian documents we translate from Russian into Hindi, or into English if the recipient in India accepts English.
Certification
A Belarusian document for India usually needs an apostille rather than consular legalisation: India is a party to the 1961 Hague Convention. We obtain the Belarusian apostille under a power of attorney issued to one of our staff; it takes 7 working days.
An Indian document for a Belarusian university, civil registry office (ZAGS), notary or the migration service is translated and notarised in Belarus. The notary certifies the translator’s signature; our translators are listed in the notarial register.
In this case the law on notaries does not require an apostille on the document itself. Other institutions may ask for something different, so check with them.

Details
We spell names exactly as in the holder’s passport, in both Cyrillic and Latin script. Send a photo of your passport with the document, and the spelling will match across all the translations you submit in Belarus.
Hindi is written in the Devanagari syllabic script, and one name can be spelt several ways in Latin letters: Chaudhary, Choudhary and Chowdhury. Some documents do not split a name into first name and surname, or give the father’s name instead of a surname.
Then we translate from English and charge our English rate. Send a photo and we will confirm.
