Tajik
Documents
They are usually personal documents. People bring them to us for work, study and family matters in Belarus. We translate Belarusian documents into Tajik.
Birth and marriage certificates, divorce documents, criminal record certificates.
School-leaving certificates and diplomas with transcripts — for a Belarusian university or employer.
Tajik powers of attorney for a Belarusian notary, and Belarusian ones for use in Tajikistan.
Employment contracts, letters from employers, sale and purchase agreements.
Language pairs
We translate both ways. Where the document is going decides both the target language and the certification.
For the civil registry office (ZAGS), a notary, a university, an employer or the migration service in Belarus.
For study, marriage, work or transactions in Tajikistan.
Certification
Not for a Belarusian notary. For Tajikistan, the recipient and the Minsk Convention decide.
You need a notarised translation into Russian or Belarusian. Our translators are listed in the notarial database of translators in Belarus, and the notary certifies their signature. In this case, the law on notaries does not require an apostille on the document itself. How it works
Under Article 13 of the 1993 Minsk Convention, member states accept documents bearing an official seal with the state emblem without an apostille or legalisation. Otherwise, you need an apostille or consular legalisation. Check with the recipient what they will accept; if you are not sure, get in touch. Translation and apostille

Names
We spell first names and surnames as in the holder’s passport, in Cyrillic and Latin script. That is why we ask for a photo of the passport together with the document.
Surname endings in Tajikistan vary: “-ov”, “-zoda”, “-yon” and others. The same surname may look different in documents from different years, so we check it against the passport before we translate.
Tajik is written in Cyrillic with extra letters: ғ, ӣ, қ, ӯ, ҳ, ҷ. The language is close to Persian, but Persian uses the Arabic script. As a result, documents from Iran and Tajikistan look completely different.
We also translate from neighbouring languages, including Persian. The full list and prices are on the languages page.
