Public service agreement
1. Placing an order
The service provider is Farneze LLC, registration number 193825509. Documents, languages, certification, destination, scope, price and deadline must be agreed in writing before work begins. A quote request is not a paid order. The agreement is concluded following confirmation of the agreed terms and the payment specified in them.
2. Documents and recipient requirements
The customer provides complete, legible materials, recipient requirements and preferred name spellings. Unknown requirements should be clarified before certification. Changes to the source or agreed requirements may change the price and timeline only by further agreement.
3. Translation and certification
Certification is defined in the order. Notarial authentication of a translator’s signature, sworn translation and bureau certification serve different purposes. The bureau is responsible for the agreed service; visa, admission, citizenship and document acceptance decisions are made by the relevant institution.
4. Price, payment and deadlines
The quote states the total price, applicable taxes, notarial and official fees, delivery charges and payment terms. Additional paid work requires agreement. Work starts after the required materials and agreed payment are received. Authority, notary and delivery timelines are stated separately; the customer is informed of known delays.
5. Corrections and liability
Translation errors attributable to the provider within the agreed scope are corrected free of charge. Other statutory remedies remain available. Liability is governed by Belarusian law; mandatory guarantees and consumer rights are preserved. For business customers, any cap at the price of the disputed service applies only where lawful and does not cover intentional misconduct.
6. Cancellation and refunds
On cancellation, settlement follows the law, taking account of completed work and documented actual costs only where legally deductible. Any unused advance is refunded. Website changes do not alter an agreed order without the parties’ consent.
7. Delivery and enquiries
Delivery method and address are agreed separately. Confirm the receiving address before posting originals: the registered address is not an automatic postal instruction. Enquiries and complaints may be sent to peraklad.doc@gmail.com or the provider’s registered address. Statutory access to legal remedies remains unaffected.
