Employment contracts, certificates, lease and supply agreements, and documents of Thai companies.
Belarusian certificates and diplomas for institutions in Thailand.
Language pairs
Thai documents for submission in Belarus: civil registry office (ZAGS), notary, court or employer.
Belarusian documents for Thai institutions, partners or employers.
Certification
For Belarus you need a notarised translation into Russian. For Thailand, a Belarusian document needs an apostille or consular legalisation, depending on what the recipient requires.
A notarised translation into Russian. Our translators are listed in the Belarusian notaries’ database of translators. When the translation is notarised in Belarus, the law on notaries does not require an apostille on the foreign document itself. Notarised translation
Countries that are party to the 1961 Hague Convention accept an apostille; for all others, consular legalisation is required — first at the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then at the country’s embassy. Check the country in the HCCH status table and the specific requirements with the recipient. Consular legalisation

Details
We spell first names and surnames as they appear in the holder’s passport, in Cyrillic and Latin script. Thai has its own alphabet, and words in a line are written without spaces. There is no single standard for writing Thai names in Latin script, so one surname may be spelt differently from document to document. So please send a photo of the passport.
Official Thai documents usually give the year in the Buddhist calendar, which runs 543 years ahead of the familiar one. In the translation we convert dates to the Gregorian calendar so the recipient is not confused.
We also translate other languages of the region — see the prices on each language’s page.
How to order
Send a photo of the document, including seals and the back, and tell us where you are submitting it.
From the photo we tell you the price and how long the translation will take.
An editor proofreads the translation, and you check the scan: names, dates and numbers.
Bring the original to an office or post it to the nearest office in your region. Collect the finished translation from the office or have it posted to you.
