Quotes and orders

How do I get an exact quote?

Send photos or scans of every page via Viber, WhatsApp or Telegram. Tell us the language pair, destination country and preferred deadline. We’ll assess the volume, clarify certification and agree the total before work begins.

What is a translation page?

One translation page is 1,800 characters including spaces. A passport or certificate may be priced per document, while a diploma transcript is quoted separately. The pricing unit is specified in your quote.

Can I order an urgent translation?

Tell us the date and time you need the document. We’ll check availability, any urgent fee and certification timing. The final deadline is confirmed after reviewing the materials.

Translation and certification

Should I choose notarised, sworn or bureau-certified translation?

The recipient’s requirements determine the choice. Notarisation involves a notary, sworn translation is completed by an authorised translator in the relevant country, and bureau certification uses the bureau’s signature and stamp. Send the institution’s requirements so we can help you choose.

Do you need the original document?

A legible photo or scan is enough for a preliminary quote. Whether an original is needed for certification depends on the document and recipient requirements. Always agree the receiving address before posting originals.

Is sworn translation accepted everywhere in Europe?

Requirements vary by country and institution. Certification for Poland, Germany or Spain, for example, is selected for the specific submission. Confirm the language, certification type and requirements with the receiving institution before ordering.

Which replacement documents can you help obtain?

We help obtain replacement birth certificates and criminal record certificates from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Availability, authorisation, required documents and timeline are confirmed for each request.

Do you arrange apostille and legalisation?

Yes, we work with documents from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland and Kazakhstan. The required procedure depends on the document and destination country. Official fees and authority timelines are clarified in the quote.

Can I combine translation and document processing?

Yes, we can agree one order covering translation and the required certification, apostille or legalisation. We first check the appropriate sequence for your needs, then confirm the scope, price and timeline.
