What we translate
We translate the whole certificate: the main page, the supplement with grades, and all seals and signatures. We render subject names and the grading scale so that a foreign university can understand them.
Your name is spelled as in your passport, in Latin script. If you don’t have a passport yet, or the spelling differs between documents, let us know in advance.
We also translate school certificates issued in a foreign language — Ukrainian ones, for example — into Russian for Belarusian institutions. More about the document on the School-leaving certificate translation page.

Apostille
The Ministry of Education places the apostille on a school certificate, and we can submit it on your behalf. An apostille confirms the signature and seal for countries party to the 1961 Hague Convention. It does not confirm the content of the document.
To submit your certificate for an apostille on your behalf, we will need the original and a notarised power of attorney for our staff member. It takes 7 working days; if there are delays, we let you know. If you need both an apostille and a translation, tell us in advance and we will explain the right order.
Our Grodno office is at 49 Gorkogo Street, office 424A, room 1. We are open Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00. You can drop off originals and collect finished documents here. From other towns in the Grodno region, post your originals to this office. From the Lida district, it is easier to use our office in Lida. Message us before you send anything — we will confirm the address and tell you what to put in the envelope.
